Shipping & Return Policy
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will only accept returned merchandise that has not been opened or any security seals broken.
Please ensure to use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your original packing slip. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Customer service, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns that we have not been informed of. When returning an item please use recorded delivery, we can not process refunds or replacements for items we never receive.
If you wish to return anything we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund your credit or debit card the relevant amount less shipping.
If you are returning a product which is outside of the 14 day period from when you received your order store credit will be issued.
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged product(s), please notify us in writing or via email within 7 days to email@example.com
